Refund Policy


Online Training:


Glam Hyaluron Pen does not provide refunds for online class purchases regardless of a reason. Further, Glam Hyaluron Pen is not legally responsible or liable for any practices or products used that may or may not result in a positive outcome.


Products:


All sales on products are final. Glam Hyaluron Pen does not accept returns unless the received item(s) are evidently damaged. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once damaged item(s) are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Glam Hyaluron Pen will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Glam Hyaluron Pen is not responsible for the delay nor the delivery of products once a package has been dispatched from the facility. It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier regarding disputes in delay or delivery of the package. Dispute of charges will not be accepted by Glam Hyaluron Pen if the package is not delivered as is the responsibility of the carrier, not us.

Dispute of charges will not be accepted by Glam Hyaluron Pen for delivered, opened, or unused products. All sales for products are final. The terms of this return policy are accepted by You at checkout.

Any refund deemed by the customer service team will be in store credit or are subject to a 10% processing fee.
